Inclusion Support Assistant One-to-One and Nurture Group Role Devon
An inclusive secondary school in Torbay Devon is actively recruiting an Inclusion Support Assistant to provide intensive support for specific students with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within their dedicated Inclusion Unit.
Inclusion Support Assistant required.
Full-time term-time only immediate start possible (January 2026).
Focus on one-to-one EHCP support and delivery in the Nurture Group.
Work primarily with Key Stage 3 students.
This role is centered on building strong relationships with a limited number of students helping them access the curriculum develop social skills and manage their anxiety and emotional needs through targeted support sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience providing one-to-one support to secondary students with EHCPs.
Understanding of the needs associated with Autism and moderate learning difficulties.
High level of organizational skill for tracking and reporting EHCP targets.
Commitment to student progress and personalized education.
