Job Summary

Mental Health Support Worker

Hull Primary Care Networks (Modality PCN)

9523.80 per annum for 15 hours per week

Tuesdays and Fridays

Mental Health Support Workers provide non-clinical support advice and signposting to individuals presenting to a Primary Care Setting with concerns for their mental health.

You should be experienced in delivering mental health services with an excellent understanding of the lived experiences of those who access mental health services. We are looking for someone who is confident adaptable and has a non-judgemental approach.
