Managing the schools front desk and reception duties
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining student records and supporting admissions processes
Assisting with attendance safeguarding and HR administration
Preparing documents reports and communications for staff
Providing general administrative support across departments
Previous school or office administration experience (preferred)
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities
Paid in line with the support staff pay scale.
