Managing the schools front office and reception area
Handling telephone email and in-person enquiries
Maintaining student records attendance data and safeguarding documentation
Supporting HR admissions and general administrative duties
Preparing letters reports timetables and communication documents
Providing high-level administrative support to teaching and leadership teams
School administration experience preferred but not essential
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Paid in line with the support staff salary scale.
