Youll be working as part of the Integrated Offender Management service based at Duncan House.

The IOM service supports people in Leeds involved in the criminal justice system with a focus of reducing domestic abuse and serious acquisitive crime.

On a day to day basis you will be performing health and safety checks and audits premise management managing our room booking system and Ordering stock.

Salary: 14.41 per hour

Hours: 0 per week

Contract: Sessional

* Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Be the first point of contact within the service
  • Provide organisational administrative and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims andobjectives
  • Ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously transferring calls toappropriate personnelwhen necessary
  • Complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry as.
  • Minute take at partnership and clinical meetings as
  • Collate monitor and report data/information and statistics as
  • Carry out photocopying as
  • Ensure that all admin record-keeping and communication within the project are maintained

About you:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • IT literacy includingproficiencyin word processing excel spreadsheets and other MS applications
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
  • The ability to respond toappropriate requestsforassistancemaintainingconfidentiality whenever necessary
  • Confident and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to take responsibility for your own personal developmentidentifyingpersonal training needs andparticipatingin regular supervision and appraisal
  • Be flexible to work across operational sites as
  • Minute taking experience would be an advantage
