In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 10 years later our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for
Were growing fast our tails are wagging and were looking for a Country Manager BENELUX to help us leave the biggest pawprint yet. Youll lead all things Sales & Marketing in one of our most strategic regions making sure we hit our targets while keeping our pack culture strong.
Youll report to the Accelerate Markets Lead build and manage the BENELUX Sales & Marketing Teams and make sure we stay true to our values while chasing ambitious growth. Youll also be the heart of the BENELUX team spirit keeping us motivated aligned and maybe occasionally bribed with treats (the metaphorical kind).
Your leadership will help position Edgard & Cooper as the No.1 natural pet food brand in Benelux.
What will be in your bowl
A mix of challenge creativity and autonomy. Youll have:
Own the BENELUX commercial strategy plan prioritize and execute for maximum impact.
Recruit develop and inspire a Sales & Marketing dream team who are passionate aligned with our values and ready to roll up their sleeves.
Shape how Edgard & Cooper shows up in the marketonline offline and everywhere our furry fans notice us.
Drive category growth 4P execution and D2C initiatives in collaboration with EU Brand and Markets Excellence.
Activate bold marketing and trade campaigns that excite shoppers in-store and online.
Partner with Finance and Operations to manage the P&L forecasts and growth plans.
Be the heartbeat of the BENELUX teamkeeping everyone motivated aligned and occasionally bribed with metaphorical treats.
What skills & tricks should you bring
8 years in commercial leadership (FMCG consumer goods or pet care a plus).
Willingness to travel to the Netherlands on a biweekly basis at minimum.
Proven record in leading Sales/Marketing teams and driving commercial growth.
Strong skills in marketing brand execution category management and 4P activation.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical results-driven and fluent in Dutch French and English.
Bonus: a love for pets (and treats optional ).
