Job Description:

Marketing Comms & PR Manager will lead the creation coordination and execution of external-facing communications that elevate the company brand. This role blends marketing coordination content development and public relations strategy to ensure the company presents a consistent compelling and professional presence across print web media and partner channels. You will develop marketing materials support digital and print campaigns manage media and PR efforts and help shape messaging that communicates the companys innovation products and leadership in the commercial transportation industry. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials including brochures spec sheets product one-pagers presentations case studies and other print and digital assets.
- Support content creation for the website blog posts email campaigns and other customer facing communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is accurate clear and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage updates to marketing materials and ensure consistency across channels and external partners.
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns events trade shows and product announcements

Public Relations and External Communications
- Draft and distribute press releases media alerts and other external communications
- Manage media relations including responding to inquiries and coordinating interviews or other media opportunities
- Monitor industry news competitor activity and public sentiment to inform messaging and leadership updates

Corporate Communication Support
- Contribute to the development of public-facing materials such as corporate presentations company fact sheets investor/analyst materials and web content.
- Support quarterly communications cycles including messaging for earnings materials (as needed) company milestones and major announcements
- Partner with legal finance and executive leadership to ensure communication accuracy and alignment with regulatory and brand standards
- Ensure all external communications follow internal review processes and comply with disclosure guidelines and branding standards
- Support additional marketing or communications projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing communications public relations corporate communications or a similar role
Strong writing and editing skills with experience developing print and digital marketing content
Experience drafting or managing press releases public statements and media-facing materials
Ability to translate technical or complex topics into clear engaging content for broad audiences
Highly organized with strong project management skills comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or external communications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
