Job Summary

Tasks
- Providing personal IT support directly at the service point
- Assisting with everyday IT issues (Windows hardware Office mobile devices)
- Issuing exchanging and receiving laptops monitors and accessories
- Performing minor technical checks and troubleshooting
- Documenting issues in the ticketing system
- Working closely with experienced IT specialists
Youll be working closely with people right in the thick of things and have the opportunity to continuously expand your IT expertise.
Requirements

What you bring to the table

- Speak excellent German and enjoy communicating
- Enjoy working with people
- Have a background in customer service retail or the electronics industry or are looking to change careers
- Have a basic understanding of technology
- Are reliable patient and curious
- Understand and use basic English
