Job Summary
- You look after customers as a concierge service for the client BMW.
- You help customers in emergency situations and correspond with rescue coordination centers if necessary.
- You are responsible for research and information procurement.
Qualifications :
Personality: customer-oriented strong communicator and responsible
Working style: independent conscientious structured and service and solution-oriented
Experience and know-how: enthusiastic about new technologies and customer service in the automotive sector quick comprehension and skill in dealing with information technology
Flexibility: 24/7 shifts
Languages: czech at a native level and good command of English
