Telecom Engineer

Job Summary:

- Serve as an expert on NICE CXOne system administration and complex telecommunications infrastructures.
- Lead the design and implementation of contact center infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate existing technology and processes proposing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of integration across PBX gateways voicemail call recording WAN/LAN VoIP/SIP TCP/IP routers SBCs switches firewalls DNS DHCP and Citrix.
- Provide advanced scripting troubleshooting and problem isolation for contact center technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Direct and coordinate activities of team members as needed occasionally assuming a leadership role.
- Deliver 24/7 support for telecom infrastructure including patching upgrades and break/fix activities.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
- Support NICE CXOne scripting and participate in Cisco migration projects.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
