Job Summary:
- Lead architect and developer for advanced Cobalt programs within the Lawson S3 v10 environment.
- Design develop and implement enterprise-scale customizations integrations and enhancements for critical business processes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues such as performance bottlenecks data inconsistencies and integration failures.
- Develop and maintain high-complexity workflows interfaces batch jobs and automated data pipelines between Lawson and external systems.
- Collaborate with technical analysts to evaluate implement and test patches security updates and version upgrades.
- Enforce rigorous development standards version control and documentation best practices for long-term stability.
- Support major deployment cycles regression testing and production releases ensuring zero-defect outcomes in regulated environments.
- Translate evolving business requirements into technical specifications and scalable coding solutions.
- Serve as subject-matter expert (SME) on Lawson architecture integration frameworks and module interdependencies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and cross-functional partners on Lawson technical patterns and best practices.
- Operate independently with minimal guidance managing multiple concurrent projects in a fully remote setting.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders business SMEs and technical teams.
