Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide daily operational support for the Microsoft Azure Gov Cloud ecosystem including installations configuration deployments integrations and updates
• Monitor analyze and troubleshoot cloud systems resolving issues and outages efficiently
• Implement security controls identity/access management and threat protection for cloud environments
• Support data integrations and ensure seamless data exchange across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (server storage database security) and participate in project execution
• Drive innovation cloud adoption and adherence to best practices in CI/CD automation and cloud technology

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or related field
• Proven experience with Azure Gov Cloud operations scripting deployment automation and monitoring
• Strong communication skills time management attention to detail and customer service mindset
• Experience with troubleshooting orchestration integrations and cloud ecosystem performance
• Ability to work onsite 3 days/week in Oshkosh WI (hybrid model); relocation assistance available
