Qualifications: - Prevailing Wage (CA) Experience 2 years
- Experience with Certified Payroll Reporting entries on the DIR
- Preferred Experience with these reporting software - LCP Tracker Elation and EMARS
- Contribution Training Funds submittals
- Compliance Reporting
- Some administrative experience preferred.
- Construction industry would be a plus.
- Midsize large company.
Skills: - Ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced skills in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with UKG and Kronos preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Able to be flexible with changes in system process and policy
- Ability to work a full time schedule and overtime as needed
- The pace is fast and structure meeting deadlines and accountability if key.
- Candidate must be able to work independently and make sound decisions.

- Fully In person No Hybrid or Remote positions.
Responsibilities: - Kronos and Payroll Analyst will be a member of the payroll operations team working with the vendor to ensure that all Kronos payrolls are processed filed audited and correctly paid to each employees record.
- This role will be the primary point for the areas related to Kronos payroll processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll related processes in accordance with Federal and State and Local laws.
- Prepare documentation on all processes involving the Kronos system and other payroll related processes as needed.
- Manage special projects/tasks and provide support to Payroll Team as a Kronos expert.
- Collaborate and communicate with business partners peers and other departments to ensure organizational and vendor expectations are met.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all projects that require Kronos expertise
