Job Summary

Summary: Endovascular Neurointerventions Op Notes PostOp f/u MUST BE A NEUROSURGEON with a fellowship in ENDOVASCULAR!

Rate CAPS for submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

On Call (Daily) $5100 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $7650 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

Call Back $550 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back $825 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Setting: Acute Care/Inpatients/Interventional Neurology Lab/OR
Duties: Procedure/Op Notes and Post Notes
Days per month: TBD
Required Procedures: Endovascular Neuro Procedures Thrombectomies Aneurysm
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Inpatient Hospital APP 24/7; IN Lab RN and RT both trained in Endovascular Neuro cases; OR normal OR contingent (RN Surg Tech etc)
Dealbreaker: MUST be neurosurgeon with endovascular fellowship need someone to do surgeries

Reason for Coverage: Comprehensive Intervention Coverage required 24/7 coverage for a Comprehensive Stroke Center

Travel Preferences:
Preferred Lodging: 1.5x GSA Rate
Air Travel: Local preferred but not required
