Job Summary

MercyOne Dubuque is in need of a Radiation Oncologist to provide FULL TIME coverage as soon as possible!

Schedule:
Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
No call
Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for full-time coverage. This is 4 weeks per month per provider.

Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits follow-ups and consults
Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1
Trauma Level 2
Adult patients
EMR: Aria
Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days
Required procedures:
Conventional Radiotherapy
3D Radiotherapy
External Beam Radiation - IMRT
External Beam Radiation - IGRT
External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
Stereotactic Radiosurgery
Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
Orientation
Hourly ($525 rate cap)
Holiday
OT ($787 rate cap)
Holiday OT
Conversion Fee (25k rate cap)

All providers submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position
Requirement description :
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active IA license or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time - REQUIRED (notate at time of name clear)
Clean Background/Malpractice - REQUIRED
Aria documentation - HIGHLY PREFFERED Note experience at time of name clear.
Local/within driving distance - HIGHLY PREFERRED
