Rate caps for submission:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $Per hour not OT

Holiday $Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Shift type: 8 hour days

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8a-5p Friday 8a-12pm- 2 weeks per month for 6-9 months

Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient 100% OP

Facility Location: Dignity Health Medical Center - 2780 Eureka Way Redding CA 96001

Duties: Full scope OP General Cardiology

Required Procedures: 100% OP general cardiology no procedures

Types of Cases: N/A OP 100% OP

Certification Requirements: BC in Cardiology

Board Certifications: will you consider Board Eligible: No

Residency requirements/ Fellowship: Cardiology. Must be US/Candadian CA accredited program - explanation from credentialing team: Residency training programs must be accredited by the Accreditation Counsel for Graduate Medical Education American Association of College of Osteopathic Medicine or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Admissions per Day: No Admits/ 100% OP patients per day avg 20

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: MA/Clinic Supervisor RN

Credentialing Timeframe- 60-90 days Foundation privileges only.
