Job Summary
Job Role: Field Sales Executive
Company Name: Pajama Factory Chennai

Bike: Compulsory (with valid license)
Petrol Allowance: 4500 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Area: Chennai or Tamil Nadu (as assigned)

6 months 1 year experience: 20000 per month

2 3 years experience: 25000 per month
Candidates must be from the Garment Industry or have relevant garment sales experience.
Job Responsibilities-
Visit retail shops wholesalers distributors and garment buyers across Chennai/Tamil Nadu.

Promote and sell Pajama Factory products to increase sales and market coverage.

Generate leads close sales and achieve monthly targets.

Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong professional relationships.

Collect market intelligence on competitors pricing and trends.

Ensure timely follow-up with clients and coordinate orders and deliveries.

Provide daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Represent the company professionally during field visits.

Maintain proper documentation and customer data.

6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales.

Garment industry experience is mandatory.

Strong communication skills in Tamil.

Must own a bike and be willing to travel extensively.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Fixed salary based on experience
