Job Summary

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
4 years of CNC machining experience
2 years using Fusion 360 for CAM programming
Experience with tooling management and machine maintenance planning
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
Familiarity with JobBoss ERP and Esprit CAM is a plus
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment
Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into a leadership role
