Job Title: Program Integrity Specialist
Job Location: New Castle Delaware (Onsite)
Type: 12 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- The Program Integrity Specialists will be Responsible for conducting both planned and ad-hoc program integrity
- Reviews of all awarded providers and projects to ensure appropriate implementation adherence to grant requirements/contract deliverables troubleshooting and supporting projects/partners on barriers and ensuring the integrity of grant funded projects.
- Assessing performance based on executed agreements and grant requirements reviewing programmatic data outcomes and determining programmatic progress or shortfalls and identifying technical assistance needs to support effective implementation.
- Conducts desk reviews of submitted data (for accuracy and timeliness) both virtual and in-person site visits to programs across the state
- Assists with sub-grantee and grant fiscal tracking/analysis for assigned projects coordinates with other fiscal grant management and programmatic staff and completes other grant-related duties as assigned.
