About this Position:
Job Title: Program Manager
Tasks / Responsibilities:

Translate organizational strategy into program objectives and outcomes.

Work with leadership to define program scope success criteria and benefits.

Develop the program roadmaps.

Assist in developing or managing project and programs according to a governance structure.

Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects.
-
Provide guidance to project managers to ensure consistency in approach and delivery.
-
Resolve conflicts between projects over resources scope or timelines.
-
Provide regular program-level status updates dashboards and reports.
-
Develop and manage the program budgets plans and forecasts.
-
Identify and manage program-level risks and issues.
-
Coordinate risk mitigation actions across projects.
-
Mentor and coach project managers and other team members.
-
Foster collaboration across project teams.
-
Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience / Qualifications:
-
7 10 years in project/program management (depending on complexity of programs managed). Proven experience delivering multiple related projects that drive outcomes.
-
Experience working with government agencies and leading public sector initiatives.
-
Experience aligning projects to business strategy managing benefits realization and influencing senior stakeholders.
-
Track record of managing resources and priorities across multiple teams departments and sometimes geographic locations.
-
Familiarity with PMO processes governance frameworks and portfolio management. Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.
-
Experience creating and managing large budgets forecasting and tracking ROI or benefits.
-
Exposure to organizational change management-driving adoption and ensuring business readiness.
-
Experience working with the Salesforce platform.
-
Proven ability to anticipate escalate and resolve complex risks/issues at the program level.
