Job Summary

Join our clients finance team as a Junior Financial Administrator !

Our client is seeking a Junior Finance Administrator to join their Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Manager you will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting processing invoices basic finance administration and maintaining financial duties and responsibilities:

Assisting with month-end financial reports
Supplier reconciliations - weekly and monthly
Reconciling bank statements and accounts
Processing invoices and expenses
Stock movement
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assisting with budget preparation
Supporting senior accountants with various tasks

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Accounting strong attention to detail and proficiency in Sage Pastel. Prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous. If you are ready to kickstart your career in accounting apply now!
