REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- B. Com degree or equivalent
- Drivers license
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3 5 years related management experience in Agri trade environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide Customer service (marketing)
- Administrative control (loss control)
- Inventory Management
- Manage branch according to department business plan
- Manage branch finances
- Leadership of employees
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Farming experience or knowledge of farming activities
- Knowledge of other AFGRI product agencies
- Basic financial skills
- Verbal and written communication
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
