JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager is a client-facing role that leads complex business and technicalengagements that help our clients solve their toughest business challenges. Leads and manages the strategic and tactical elements of the full lifecycle ofcomplex cross-functional initiatives and drives decision-making throughout theprocess to move the work forward
Develops and manages complex program structures schedules budgetsresource plans and other key project deliverables
Identifies potential risks develops mitigation strategies and recommends keydecisions for complex program
Delivers quality oversight of engagements and provides informal and formaldevelopment feedback to associates on their engagement
