Role Purpose:
We are seeking a talented and drivenSenior Commercial Administratorto join our Mechanical Business this pivotal role you will be instrumental in supporting customer retention and driving revenue growth by delivering exceptional renewals and proposals.
Youll play a pivotal role in supporting customer retention and revenue growth by delivering high quality renewals and proposals. With a strong customer focus this role is dedicated to maximising the Mechanical Teams renewal rates identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational delivery teams to drive reconciliation and renewals across the Mechanical business.
What does it take to apply:
A proven commercial track record and strong administrative background
Experience with MI Management Systems (Siebel Salesforce Get Paid preferred)
Financial awareness and experience in invoicing & reconciliation
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage complex accounts
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Power and pricing tools
Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in pricing commercial management or contract renewals within asset management FM or compliance sectors
A proactive driven and delivery-focused mindset with the ability to multi-task
Comfort with UK-wide travel and regular client-facing engagement
Strategic thinking combined with operational pragmatism and attention to detail
