Job Summary:

As a Workday System Administrator you will help maintain and enhance the Workday platform so it continues to meet business needs effectively. Working closely with internal stakeholders across People & Culture Finance and Payroll you will support operational continuity and improvement through the delivery of day-to-day system changes enhancement projects release management and guidance on Workday processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support across Workday modules including Core HCM Recruiting Payroll Absences Time Tracking and Expenses.

  • Monitor and manage the Workday Service Management queue to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot system-related problems working to restore functionality and support end-user productivity.

  • Execute configuration changes including updates to business processes security roles and reports in line with business requests and change management requirements.

  • Assist in system testing and deployment activities for Workday releases and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document operational business requirements that can be translated into effective Workday solutions.

  • Provide general support for the Workday platform including release management security role assignment process guidance for expert users and contributing to audit preparation.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Workday System Administrator or Workday Functional Analyst.

  • Strong Workday configuration knowledge across a number of the Workday modules that we have implemented (Core HCM Recruiting Payroll Expenses Absence Time Tracking) .

  • Commitment to continual learning and the motivation to develop the ability to proactively support Workday modules that are new to you

  • Experience supporting Workday releases including testing and feature deployment.

  • Ability to manage tasks effectively managing workload and prioritising tasks based on business impact.

  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to issue resolution and stakeholder communication.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR Finance Payroll and Technology.
