About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Application System Analyst to support optimize and enhance enterprise applications used across a large healthcare organization. This role acts as a critical bridge between business users operational leaders IT teams and vendors to ensure high-quality systems performance and workflow efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong healthcare systems experience excels at requirements analysis and is confident leading testing documentation and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced application support troubleshooting and optimization for assigned systems.
Collaborate with the Service Desk to manage and resolve system-related service requests.
Analyze business workflows and translate needs into technical requirements and system solutions.
Lead application configuration testing validation and documentation efforts.
Support medium-to-high complexity implementation projects from design through go-live.
Drive quality assurance integrated testing cycles and improvement of testing processes.
Work with end-users operational stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless system functionality.
Deliver system education documentation and workflow guidance as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in application system support optimization or analysis roles.
Strong background in healthcare applications workflows or clinical/operational systems.
Experience with service management processes and Service Desk collaboration.
Ability to lead testing initiatives including QA planning and integrated testing.
Strong analytical communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Education
High School Diploma (Required) - Must provide proof of education.
Additional technical or healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
