Description

In a nutshell:

Drive the RFP Process towards the set goals and revenue targets and carry out Travel Trade Marketing activities that position Design Hotels as the lifestyle brand of choice for the travel trade.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee various RFP tasks in the preparation of the new RFP Consortia season
  • Support in positioning existing and new member hotels within the different consortia programs
  • Oversee invoicing process for hotels regarding Preferred TMC and Consortia offering
  • Oversee the Deal Master
  • Relationship management and sales with member hotels for Consortia and marketing
  • Prepare & oversee annual trade marketing plan and activities
  • Oversee the Design Hotels Pro trade portal and monthly travel trade newsletter driving content strategy optimization and digital engagement to enhance partner education and brand visibility
  • Quality control of all marketing materials sales collateral and promotional tools tailored to the needs of trade partners incl. Consortia TMC and ad-hoc activities
  • Analyze the performance of trade marketing campaigns using data and insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
  • Work attentively towards KPIs by supporting the team with market research evaluate marketing opportunities and monitor competition
  • Support in various projects incl. collateral for global sales team
  • Creation of reports and presentations for various internal & external meetings
  • Assist in creation and launch of departamental services
  • Support with preparing the annual budget for the department
  • Plan the launch campaign activities
  • Collaborate with Creative team to optimize workflow
  • Collaboration with BI with regarding to Consortia & TMC PFP data and other initiatives tasks
  • Supervise Coordinators TTM&RFP and interns

Experience & Mindset

  • 2 years in project management client-facing or marketing support rolesideally within hospitality travel lifestyle or creative industries.
  • Organization & Project Management
    Highly organized able to manage multiple projects meet tight deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Ownership & Problem-Solving
    Takes ownership of tasks solution-oriented accountable.
  • Analytical & Marketing Skills
    Uses data and insights to inform decisions track performance and support marketing campaigns and partner engagement.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    Fluency in English with strong communication skills effective stakeholder management team management experience required.
