Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room
Location: Denver CO
Schedule: Full-Time Days (Rotating Weekends)
Shifts: 6:45AM5PM 7AM7PM 9AM9PM or 11AM11PM
On-Call: 1012 shifts per 8-week period (must reside within 30 minutes)
Compensation: $36.50$55.25/hour (DOE) $4.00 on-call differential
Sign-On Bonus: $25000
Relocation Assistance: $5000 (for candidates relocating >75 miles)
Overview

This high-acuity surgical environment features 18 state-of-the-art OR suites and supports a wide range of complex procedures.
Position Summary
The Operating Room RN will function primarily as a Circulator ensuring safe efficient and patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process. Ideal candidates bring strong critical thinking skills technical expertise and experience in a fast-paced surgical setting.
Responsibilities
Perform preoperative patient assessments provide education and prepare patients for surgery (including IV therapy and site verification).
Participate in all phases of surgical site verification including briefings time-outs and debriefings.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and evolving patient conditions.
Deliver evidence-based nursing care monitor patient status and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate closely with surgeons anesthesia teams and surgical technologists in a Level 4 Trauma environment.
Qualifications
Active Colorado RN license or multistate compact RN license.
AHA BLS required; ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Minimum 1 year of perioperative/OR nursing experience (surgery center experience considered).
CNOR preferred; resumes must reflect AORN certification or documented OR circulating/scrub training.
Strong clinical judgment technical competency communication and leadership skills across specialties including Complex Spine Neuro Ortho Trauma and Transplant.
