Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes competitive energy and the ability to communicate professionally.

Duties

• Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
• Engage customers through calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively.
• Strong business development skills with an understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage clients professionally.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
