What youll do
- Leading whole company facility system safety and 5S management and improvement.
- In charge of facility department process control and improvement.
- Manage the outsourced Facility Management team include both hard-service and soft-service to meet company requirement the facility system include power supply system compressor air system air-condition systemgenerator system wastewater treatment system and the other public system. At the same time the soft service includes canteen service security services cleaning service waste handling etc.
- Control facility maintenance cost and energy cost to meet company target.
- Drive facility system continues improvement.
- Leading energy saving project.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above majoring public utility or Mechanical related with the working experience in English working environment
- Strong sense of cost control process optimization and analysis and problem solving ability
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management familiar with hard-service and soft-service
- Fluent in English as a working language
- Good communication skills
