Job Summary
工作职责概述
1. 协助精炼主管进行生产管理负责精炼和污水现场安全工艺安全食品安全集团政策的落实设备设施产品质量ISO标准CI 相关工作推进如5SDNAKaizen改善标准化建立等工作带领团队实现目标同时推进节能和自动化项目
2. 协助污水处理工艺优化
主要职责
1.带领生产团队贯彻和执行工厂安全健康环境程序和食品安全程序协助生产主管接受相应内外审工作
2.协助精炼主管严格控制生产消耗根据化验结果及时调整生产参数保证产品质量100%合格
3.负责节能和自动化的相关事宜推进工厂节能和自动化项目的实施
4.协助精炼主管组织实施生产活动完成生产任务并采取或落实措施保证生产记录以及各种报表及时真实完整按时完成各阶段工业生产经济活动分析报告
5.协助精炼主管管理车间设备 如日常设备维护安排及计划停机检修工作编写和提交日常MOC工作
6.协助精炼主管不断对员工进行岗位操作技能培训规范操作方法和流程标准化实施
7.协助生精炼主管建立车间的卫生制度DNA推进ISO安全工艺安全以及绩效的考核标准并对其进行考核评估和落实
8.与其它部门保持良好的协作关系协作其它部门共同完成生产任务
9.协助严格控制排水指标根据化验结果及时调整污水处理参数确保排放水质达标
10.协助解决水处理过程中的技术问题评估现有水处理工艺的效率和效果提出并实施优化方案
11. 熟悉废水废气固废处理监控设施的运行管理维护环保相关合同
13.完成上级安排的其它工作
Qualifications :
教育背景全日制大专及以上学历油脂工程食品或粮食工程专业化工机电一体化等相关专业条件优秀的可放宽
工作经历同行业五年以上工作经验对油脂行业工艺流程熟悉条件优秀者可放宽对行业及岗位任职要求
能力要求
- 富有团队合作精神善于沟通工作认真负责
- 有较强抗压能力及环境适应能力心理健康具备较强的情绪把控能力
- 有良好的团队管理分析和解决问题的能力
- 掌握基本的计算机office办公及Auto CAD制图使用技能
语言要求良好的英语听读写能力
