Position Overview and Responsibilities:
This is an intermediate first level work where the employee will perform assignments independently under limited supervision. The work requires applying scientific understanding to analyze problems of a specialized nature. The position will perform compliance assurance duties for the Compliance Assurance Program that may include subject areas such as National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater. Environmental Resources (ERP) Air Potable Water Wastewater Solid Waste and/or Hazardous Waste.
Facility Compliance:In general this position will conduct a high volume of low to moderately complex inspections and file/data reviews.

The Northwest District is located along the Gulf Coast. We proudly serve 16 counties in the Florida panhandle including Bay Calhoun Escambia Franklin Gadsden Gulf Holmes Jackson Jefferson Leon Liberty Okaloosa Santa Rosa Wakulla Walton and Washington.
