Were looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our logistics operations this role youll create and manage reports in Excel coordinate with drivers and managers assist with route monitoring and help ensure smooth on-time deliveries every day.



A glimpse into your new role:

  • Use Excel functions (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas conditional formatting and charts) to prepare reports and track performance metrics.
  • Download organize and manage data from different tools and systems into Excel.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to help operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with monitoring routes and coordinating with drivers when needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and operations teams to ensure seamless daily execution.


Requirements


  • Open to fresh graduates (Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management is a plus)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. navigating spreadsheets using formulas)

  • Willingness to work on a graveyard shift schedule

  • Openness to work onsite at our Eastwood Quezon City office.
