OmniReach is looking for an aggressive and disciplined Inside Sales Representative to fuel our sales engine. Your primary goal is Market Penetration: finding the right companies identifying the right people and booking meetings for our Senior Leads.

If you are a 2-year veteran of the US Market who loves the thrill of the "hunt" and wants to level up your career in high-tech sales (AI & Cloud) this is the place for you.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 4 Years
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Appointment Setting: The core of your job is to book Qualified Meetings (Demos/Discovery Calls) for the Senior Team.
  • Personalized Outreach: Move beyond "copy-paste." Research target accounts on LinkedIn and write highly personalized emails that get responses from US executives.
  • High-Volume Activity: Maintain a consistent rhythm of Cold Calls and LinkedIn InMails to target prospects in the Retail Tech and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Account Research: Use tools like ZoomInfo/Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to map out organizational hierarchies and find the "Decision Maker."
  • First-Level Qualification: Ensure the prospect meets our basic criteria (Right Industry Right Tech Stack Right Geography) before scheduling the call.


Requirements

  • Education: MBA is Mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated US Market Cold Calling/Inside Sales experience in the IT sector.
  • Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with terms like Cloud eCommerce and AI. You dont need to be an expert but you need to be credible.
  • Tool Proficiency: Must be comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Prospecting Tools.
  • Attitude: Thick skin and high energy. You dont take "No" personally; you take it as a challenge.
