About the Role
A well-established and fast-growing regulated company in Limassol is looking to hire a Compliance Officer to strengthen its compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic international environment within a highly regulated sector.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and regulatory bodies ensuring the company remains fully compliant with applicable laws regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
- Support AML/KYC processes including client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management and regulators
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required
- Identify compliance risks and escalate issues appropriately
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Compliance Officer or similar compliance-related role
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and regulatory frameworks
- Experience within regulated industries (e.g. FinTech FX Payments iGaming Financial Services) will be considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
- Fluent in English (Greek is considered an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
