Resthaven Paradise and Eastern Community Services has a permanent full-time opportunity for a Direct Service Manager Community Services.
In accordance with the vision mission and values of Resthaven the Direct Service Manager is responsible for assisting the Home and Community Service Manager in ensuring the provision of quality community-based services.
The Direct Service Manager fulfils a valued leadership role and works alongside the Clinical and Customer Service Managers. The role will demonstrate commitment to the provision of person-centered care and services. The Direct Service Manager working closely with the Care Partner and Home Support Worker teams will deliver care and services that meet the needs and choices of individuals who have been approved for Home Care Programs or Private Funded Services.
In this role it is expected you will provide leadership and guidance to others by fostering collaboration ensuring accountability and promoting service excellence through sound operational decision-making. This includes facilitating effective team communication using inclusive audience-appropriate language resolving communication challenges and serving as a liaison with higher management.
