Job Summary
This is a remote position.

What Youll Do:
Assist clients with researching planning and booking travel arrangements including hotels resorts excursions and more
Provide personalized hospitality recommendations based on client interests budgets and destination preferences
Communicate with vendors tour operators and suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues
Stay up-to-date with destination trends safety regulations and travel advisories
Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional customer support from inquiry to post-trip follow-up
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new booking platforms
A genuine interest in travel and hospitality
