We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the GM for our Vanguard Volkswagen of North Austin dealership.
Income: $40000.00 to $50000.00 based on experience and duties assigned
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for the General Manager
- Work closely with the General Manager and other departments
- Ensure strategies and standard operating procedures are effectively communicated and managed between departments.
- Format information memos emails and reports
- Understand and build Excel Spread sheets
Skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or similar role
- MS Office and Excel knowledge required
- Outstanding analytical organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
