Salary: $80K - $105K DOE

We are searching for a high-caliber candidate with strong management skills to direct the operations of our 2 Juneau retail branches ensuring they meet financial operational service and growth goals.
What youll be doing:
- Promote monitor and manage a strong member-focused culture to meet service levels
- Hire train review coach and develop branch personnel to meet performance standards
- Monitor branch operations to ensure strategic objectives are met
- Develop and foster relationships with retail location management and staff
What youll need:
- Must have proven strong management skills minimum 2 years
- 3 - 5 years of financial institution experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to function in a role that demands a high degree of discretion trust and diplomacy
