Your Mission

The Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement organization. This role involves leading transformation projects developing tools analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring compliance and collaborating across functions to optimize procurement processes.

  • Support Transformation Projects: Drive and embed procurement transformation initiatives to improve processes and systems.
  • Map and document as-is and to-be end-to-end processes in collaboration with the operational organization and the process community following a lean approach. Define implement and monitor process KPIs that are relevant to the business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks challenges and pain points that can be addressed through process improvement.
  • Provide training and information to the procurement community in regard to processes policies etc to ensure a high-level of compliance and adherence.
  • Support and/or be a focal point for audits both internal and external.
  • Launch and lead process and performance improvement projects that fulfill business and operational needs.
  • Implement new ways of working to drive agility and efficiency.
  • Monitor process performance and provide insights recommendations and actionable solutions.
  • Co-facilitate building improvement roadmap with operational teams
  • Develop Tools and Templates: Create and implement procurement tools and templates to measure and enhance procurement performance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Implement Best Practices: Design and implement best practices for procurement including digital initiatives and sustainability programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Your Story

Musts

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in process / performance management and optimization preferably in a large organization
  • Degree in an Engineering field highly desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge about procurement and supply chain processes and management systems and operating model design
  • Knowledge of lean principles
  • Experience with SAP SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba is highly desirable
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills proficiency in procurement systems excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset
