More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Global CRM and LTV Manager in Madrid with Signify.

As a Global LTV and CRM Manager you will lead the planning and execution of our CRM and LTV capabilities. You will be working closely with the eCommerce and LTV (Life Time Value) team to draft our global CRM campaigns including email marketing app marketing lifecycle new products and engagement campaigns for our consumer brands. You will enhance customer experience and loyalty by leveraging technology and data insights.

You will be based in Madrid and will be responsible for both the execution of high-quality CRM campaigns and defining and implementing opportunities for future growth.

  • Define & drive overall CRM / LTV operations direction globally for our consumer brands and own the key CRM performance metrics.

  • Oversee planning & execution of the campaign roadmap: promotional lifecycle engagement and product campaigns. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align on campaign objectives schedules and deliverables ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Defining top funnel lifecycle/triggered and promotional campaigns.

  • Managing a small high performing team of LTV and CRM specialists. Lead train mentor and control the capacity of the LTV and CRM Campaign Specialist team planning activities within the team providing guidance feedback and support to ensure on-brand campaign delivery.

  • Accelerate CRM audience growth with several activities while maintaining the database health & compliance.

  • Oversee & collaborate CRM-related projects such as platform migrations tool integrations and workflow automation ensuring process continuity and seamless adoption by the team. Work collaboratively with IT to ensure CRM campaigns and technology align with business objectives.

  • Regular alignments with digital marketing execution team and markets. Including weekly calls for campaign run-throughs trainings support best practice sharing and performance tracking.

  • Develop deploy and continuously improve personalized customer journey flows across channels (e-mail app web) using data driven triggers and real-time signals.

More about you

  • Minimum 5 years experience in CRM / Lifecycle marketing / Growth marketing preferably for consumer brands.

  • Proven track record of driving growth via CRM through different channels: e-mail in-app push notifications web.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring an operations / campaign team capacity planning and process optimizations.

  • Deep familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Braze and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

  • Technical competence to participate in strategic CRM projects. Familiarity with CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements and inbox deliverability standards. SQL knowledge is preferred. Intermediate HTML skills.

  • Collaboration and stakeholder alignment. Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams ensuring smooth communication and collaboration for campaign planning and execution.

  • Problem solving attitude. Ability to think out of the box.

  • Lean mindset with high agility to adapt to evolving consumer and business needs.
