Job Summary

As a Regional Strategic Partner Manager you will represent Cainiao to regional logistics partners acting as a key bridge to foster strong trust-based alliances. You must be a confident public speaker capable of building lasting personal and professional relationships with ease.

We are a new and ambitious logistics brand entering the Spanish market. You will be supported by a dynamic entrepreneurial team that will empower you with the tools contacts and resources needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage relationships with regional logistics partners. Represent Cainiao in business meetings presentations and networking events.

2. Identify growth opportunities and support expansion strategies thus bring in new parcel volume into Cainiaos express network.

3. Act as a trusted advisor facilitating transparent communication between partners and the Cainiao team. Coordinate internal resources to support partner development.

Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience.

2. Bachelors degree in any discipline.

3. Valid Spanish drivers license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in the logistics or transportation sector.

2. Academic background in Logistics & Supply Chain Business Marketing or Communications.

3. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

4. Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building from the ground up.
