Job Summary

Job Description

1. Oversee all operations of Barcelona Sorting Center including inbound sorting consolidation distribution exceptions handling outbound processes etc. while ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order completion on time rate Long tail and Parcel lost TPH and cost etc. meet or exceed expected targets while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

2. Lead and manage the operations team to optimize resource allocation (staff systems materials) to balance efficiency and cost minimizing waste while supporting business growth.

3. Act as the primary liaison for cross-departmental collaboration (Headquarters Line Haul transportation Last-mile delivery HR IT procurement etc.) driving project execution and streamlining workflows to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

4. Serve as the first point of contact for exception and crisis management making swift decisions and leading teams to resolve operational disruptions (e.g. system outages delivery delays) and safeguard organizational interests.

5. Continuously improve operational quality and cost by standardizing processes optimizing resource utilization and implementing new initiatives to ensure long-term sustainable operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. 5 years in logistics/warehouse operations management with proven experience in multinational corporations or e-commerce logistics preferred. Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or related fields; advanced degrees a plus.

2. Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills to coordinate resources effectively. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and data-driven decision-making tools.

3. Results-oriented mindset with high resilience in high-pressure environments. Demonstrated ability to drive cost reduction and process innovation coupled with a track record of achieving operational excellence.

4. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Experience managing multicultural teams and adapting to international work environments is advantageous.
