The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
Develop ophthalmology portfolio strategy to achieve market leadership and sustainable growth
Lead new product planning and cross-functional execution to accelerate pipeline and ensure launch readiness
Drive policy shaping initiatives to reduce patient burden and optimize disease management landscape
Orchestrate China-global strategic alignment securing cross-functional support and resources for market success
Team Management
Provide leadership coaching mentoring direction to staff including hiring manpower allocation
performance management training and professional development
Lead team to work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources and drive win-win
solution.
Manage turnover develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
Bachelor above Medical marketing commerce preferred
MNC background
5 years Pharmaceutical or relevant marketing experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
