Our client is looking for an HR Director (Head of HR) to lead people strategy for the business in China.
In this role you will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational structure develop talent and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize organizational structures to support business growth and efficiency
- Develop HR strategies that align with global guidelines while meeting local brand needs
- Lead talent acquisition development and retention across retail and corporate teams
- Oversee compensation benefits and workforce budgeting
- Advise leadership on HR matters organizational change and employee relations
- Ensure HR operations comply with local laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- 10 years in HR leadership with 5 years in senior HR roles
- Experience in Cosmetics Luxury FMCG or Retail industry in China
- Strong knowledge of organizational design HR transformation and labor laws
- Proven ability to lead influence and drive change
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
