WhatYoull DoManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Sales Marketing Engineering Customer Success).
Act as a strategic partner and talent advisor to hiring managers providing guidance on best practices from the initial role kick-off to onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse high-caliber candidates.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience ensuring every applicant has a positive and professional interaction with Exabeam.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate progression and report on key hiring metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and strengthening our employer brand
What Youll Bring
A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
Demonstrated success in hiring for a diverse set of corporate functions (e.g. sales marketing engineering G&A).
Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence hiring managers.
Experience managing a busy pipeline of roles in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite is a strong plus.
- A passion for building great teams and a commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Prior agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
