Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in any major (IT-related education is an advantage)
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
- Holds JLPT N2 certification or higher
- Strong communication and discussion skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role involving bilingual communication and IT coordination
