About the role
In this leadership role you will support our people in ensuring high standards of communication collaboration between teams performance program and project delivery planning and budget management. You will lead a team providing services in Animal Biosecurity & Welfare Sustainable Agriculture & Plant Biosecurity and Invasive Species management.
The role will support the implementation of the Local Strategic Plan providing services to landholders across the Northern Tablelands.
We are looking for an individual who will have proven leadership and business skills and experience with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
You will have detailed experience in managing people programs and projects in the context of agriculture environment and people of rural and regional NSW. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability inspire direction and purpose in the people you lead and manage.
