About the role

The Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACNM) Invercargill Dialysis - is a newly established leadership role designed to support the Charge Nurse Manager (based in Dunedin) in overseeing dialysis service delivery across the Southland district in the newly built Dialysis Unit.

The ACNM will provide

Clinical leadership and coordination
Manage on-site operational functions
Drive quality and risk management initiatives
Lead service delivery improvements to strengthen dialysis care in Southland.
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM with some flexibility in hours may be required at times to meet service capacity and patient demand.

About you

Eligible to work in NZ with current APC
Hold a current PDRP/QLP or equivalent
Dynamic personality and great communication and time management skills.

Previous haemodialysis experience is preferred however consideration will also be given to candidates with strong clinical leadership experience and proven ability to manage teams and services effectively.

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the expired NZNO CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the DSN Pay Scale Grade 2 between $116040 and $127674 p.a dependant on relevant experience.
