Description- Identify implement and follow up on actions to reduce risks to personnel and damage to the environment resulting from plant processes
- Ensure that Safety Hygiene and Environmental training is provided to plant personnel and stakeholders such as Contractors Suppliers among others.
- Investigate the causes of accidents and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence generating the corresponding reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Local and Corporate regulations on Safety Hygiene and Environment.
- Review Analyze and Authorize High Risk Work Permits.
- Coordinate and implement the Emergency Response Plan and corporate security guidelines.
- Report and report accident and incident investigations EHS status to Emerson Corporate.
- Monitor and ensure that Vigilance complies with EMERSON and CTPAT requirements
- Control and supervise that Contractors comply with EHS Standards.
- Update and Implement Local and Corporate EHS Procedures and Formats.
- EHS Matrix Management
- Risk Prevention Plan Management
- Security Plan Management (Assets)
- Coordinate emergency brigades security committees ensure their training and legal compliance
- Coordinate safety and environmental audits in all areas of the company.
- Ensure compliance of thekey performance indicators (KPIs) in EHS.
- Maintain contact with authorities and government associations to ensure legal compliance and regulatory updates
- Clear assignment of roles and responsibilities to the team members
